Approximately 1/4 inch of the edge your artwork will be covered by the frame profile. - What unit of measurements do you use?
Standard Inches (a metric conversion calculator is available). - What is the thickness of the cover?
1/16" (Stronger than plexi, unbreakable, lighter weight, able to clean with any Glass Cleaner, U/V protected). - What is the thickness of the backing?
3/16" to 1/4" depending on the size of frame. - Why is my lens cover BLUE or look HAZY?
If your lens covers appears to be BLUE or HAZY, one or more of the protective films has not yet been removed. All lens covers are shipped with a protective film on BOTH sides. Each swill typically have at least one side that has a Clear protective film, with a sticker that reads "Please remove protective film from both sides". The opposite side of our Clear lens covers will typically have an additional Clear protective film, and the opposite side of our Non-Glare lens covers will typically have an additional BLUE protective film. Non-Glare lens covers have a shiny side, and a frosted side. The frosted side always faces out. - What is the difference between shiny & satin profiles?
