Measuring Your Poster

To accurately purchase the correct size frame, measure both the exact length and width of your poster or print. Either side can be entered in first, as long as both sides are entered in exactly as measured. Our frames can be hung either vertically or horizontally.

The size you order will represent the inside dimension of the frame with a small amount of room to spare.

About 1/4 inch of the perimeter of the artwork will be hidden behind the frame profile.

*Please do not add additional length or width to compensate for added space, otherwise the poster can "fall" within the frame.

We offer Optical Grade, Lightweight, and Virtually Unbreakable Lens Covers flexible enough to ship.

    UV Non-Glare Lens covers are the same as our clear covers but have a special Non-Glare (Matt texture). This texture is meant to absorb the glare traditionally found in areas of excessive light. This cover is also a safer alternative to traditional glass, offering many advantages over traditional Non-Glare glass. You will enjoy the Optical quality, Durability and the Lightweight of this UV Non Glare lens cover for years to come. One side of the cover has frosted / matte finish (This should be Facing Out) which helps to dramatically reduce the amount of reflection, sunlight, or overhead lighting that can be seen when viewing your print. An additional advantage of Non-Glare is it being less likely to show any dust or scratches. A typical disadvantage to Non-Glare, is that the depth of color and image quality is reduced by an estimated 5%. Available in sizes up to 42" x 62".     Our Clear Acrylic Lens Covers are made to fit perfectly when used with our Shadow Box frame profile. They are a safer alternative to traditional glass, offering many advantages while maintaining the optical clarity typically found in only traditional glass. Available in sizes up to 32" x 42".

    No Cover Option should only be used when customers have their own Lens Cover / Glass to be used. Lens covers are only available for frame sizes up to 42" x 62".

    Standard White Foamcore is non-acidic. Suggested use is for artwork expected to be framed for up to 50 years and valued less than $100.00. Available in sizes up to 42" x 62".
    Standard Foamcore
    Acid Free Foamcore is buffered with an Alkaline chemical which helps to combat the acids found in most posters or prints. Suggested use is for artwork expected to be framed for upwards of 100 years and valued over $100.00. Available in sizes up to 30" x 42".
    Acid Free Foamcore
    Black Foamcore is both Black on the outside and has a Black inner core. Black Foam board is typically used when framing Matted Records, Shadow Boxes or when the backing must be Black. Available in sizes up to 30" x 42".

    Corrugated Plastic is a fluted plastic material used when moisture, constant humidity, or temperature changes are a concern. Available in sizes up to 42" x 62".

    Using the wrong cloth when cleaning a lens cover can damage the surface! Standard paper towels, polyester or rayon cloths can leave scratches. Alleviate this problem by using only Novus Plastic Polish Mates for all your frame cleaning jobs. These wipes are highly absorbent, abrasion-resistant, low-lint and extra durable.
