Return Policy

We want you happy! We stand behind our workmanship and quality. If you're not satisfied with our poster frames for ANY reason (and it is RARE), we want to know so we can make it right! We want to be your lifetime supplier of all your framing needs.

If you need to return a product to us, please contact us within 30 days of purchase, as we will not accept returns without prior consent or past 30 days of purchase. All products carry a 25% restocking fee, or a minimum fee of $5.00 (whichever is greater), unless the reason for return is our fault or has been damaged by shipping.

* Please Note: Any packages damaged from shipment or with missing contents, MUST be declared within 15 days of delivery. Failure to notify of damages will result in a loss of damage claim.

Shipping & Handling is the responsibility of the customer, and is not refunded. Products with a Free Shipping promotion that are returned will have the original Shipping & Packaging Fees deducted.

Each of our frames is held together with sturdy hardware that is easy to assemble. Only the highest quality annodized aluminum is used for every frame. Each length of the frame is custom cut and monitored in quality control, guaranteeing that every frame that leaves the factory meets the highest possible standards. You'll agree, every corner of every frame is beautifully aligned and finished. Our frames are known for their clean detail and color integrity, as well as their exacting manufacture.
