Shipping Costs
At PosterFrameDepot.com we strive to keep all of our costs down while passing the savings along to you. Since some poster frames may be very bulky to send, we package our poster frames with innovative packaging and the highest amount of care to keep shipping costs down.
Some basic assembly of our poster frames are required.
We know you're excited to receive your new poster frames in the mail, so we strive to fulfill your order as soon as possible. Typically our frames are ready to ship out to you within 1-2 business days after placing your order. Please allow up to 5 additional business days for your order to arrive at your door. The farther you are away from the Northeast (CT), the longer the shipment will take. Generally shipments to NYC take just 1 business day, and shipments to Los Angeles take 5 business days. We ship 99.9% of our frames via FedEx and USPS Priority.
We DO NOT sell, share or reveal any telephone numbers or other personal information you provide to us to any other parties...period. We respect your privacy and appreciate your business! View our privacy policy for more information.
If you are shipping outside of the United States lower 48, or are shipping to a Military or P.O. Box, please contact us with your order, as shipping prices will vary. We will do our absolute best to find the very best shipping method for your order.

*Shipping Surcharges
Orders containing frames which have dimensions greater than 27" x 27" may have a one-time shipping surcharge per order:
- If the largest frame is greater than 27" x 27", but is no larger than 27" x 42" or 28" x 32", there will be NO shipping surcharge
- If the largest frame is greater than 27" x 27", but is no larger than 30" x 30", a one time shipping surcharge of $7.50 will apply
- Orders containing a frame greater than 28" x 42" will have a one-time shipping surcharge of $19.95
- Orders containing a frame greater than 32" x 42" will have a one-time shipping surcharge of $24.95
Shipping surcharges are added on a per-order basis, and are not added for each frame. If your order contains frames that fit into multiple categories above, the larger surcharge will prevail.
